What is MS Tech Summit? First and foremost, it is one of the few conferences in Poland fully dedicated to Microsoft technologies. The date of the event was specially scheduled shortly after the release of the latest Microsoft solutions, so that MS Tech Summit attendees will have a chance to hear about trends and news as one of the first.

A companion event is the MS Tech Expo - a trade show of jobs, products and services related to the conference theme.

Event organizer

Since 2005, we have been supporting the Polish IT / data science community in its development. We are not only the organizer, but also the initiator of many significant events aimed at professionals and students in the industry, such as Warsaw IT Days, Data Science Summit, The Hack Summit, Ya!vaConf, MS Tech Summit, IT Job Fair and many meetups. What elements does the event consist of?
MS Tech Summit is primarily a large-scale conference dedicated to Microsoft technologies and related areas. The conference is also accompanied by a number of other elements and attractions, including:
  • ⚬ MS Tech Expo industry service and job fair
  • ⚬ evening networking meetings - pre-parties and afterparty
  • ⚬ matchmaking - a dedicated functionality on the event platform that enables the creation of a Public Profile and networking between event participants (available to participants of selected packages)
What is the format of the event (online, onsite)?

MS Tech Summit this year will have both a desktop and online format. On the first day (Thursday, 06.06), the conference and Expo will be held online, in a participant's account on a dedicated platform. The second day (Friday, 07.06) will be held stationary at the Browary Warszawskie in Warsaw - where it will be possible to listen to all the speeches from the onsite tracks and visit the stands of stationary exhibitors. Elements of the event, including the individual online and onsite speeches, are completely independent and separate from each other. Onsite content is not available to online attendees and vice versa. Only participants in the online + onsite packages receive access to the entire event.

What if, for whatever reason, the event cannot be held in stationary form?

In that case, the stationary part of the event will be held at a different time or online - for which, if necessary, we are fully prepared.

What types of speeches are included in the Event Agenda?
    MS Tech Summit participants get access to the following types of speeches:
  • ⚬ Presentations broadcast live (online part)
  • ⚬ Presentations in the form of specially prepared recordings available as VoD (online part)
  • ⚬ Stationary presentations (onsite part)
  • In addition, we provide a VoD library containing recordings of speeches of the previous edition of MS Tech Summit 2023.
How do I know in what form each speech will be presented?

In the Agenda, next to each lecture, there is information on what form it is presented - Online Live, Online VoD or stationary (in which case the room number is given). In addition, next to each track there is information on what form it is presented in.

In what language are the lectures conducted?

The lectures are conducted in Polish or English. Information about the language of individual speeches is available in the Agenda.

Will the speeches presented live be recorded and available after the conference?
All speeches of the online part broadcast live and speeches within the Main Stage track of the onsite part will be recorded. Recordings of the live speeches, like all recordings made available through the VoD model, will be viewable in the participant's account after logging in.
  • ⚬ Basic Online Package - 3-month access to recordings of speeches of the online part only, no access to recordings of the desktop part
  • ⚬ Basic Onsite Package - No access to recordings
  • ⚬ Standard and Exec packages - 3-month unlimited access to all recordings
When will recordings of speeches that took place live be made available?

We usually make recordings available up to 2 weeks after the conference. We always inform you by email.

Until when will recordings of speeches be available?

Access to all VoD presentations and recordings of speeches that were presented live is granted for 3 months from the date of publication of these recordings.

How can I ask questions of the speakers?

For speeches streamed live online, there will be an opportunity to ask questions of the speakers in the live chat. In the case of VoD speeches - in the comment section below the recording of the lecture. During the stationary part, after each lecture we have prepared a round tables session, where you will be able to ask questions and talk directly with the speaker after his/her speech.

How can I rate the speeches?
Your opinion is very important to us and the speakers, so we will be very grateful if you share it with us.
Each lecture can be evaluated by logging into the Participant's account under Conference > Agenda.
By when can I register?

You can register until the day of the event or until seats run out (the number of tickets in each pool and package, both for the online and onsite portion, is strictly limited).

Can I purchase access to the VoD after the event?

Yes, it is possible to purchase packages that entitle you to access VoD recordings after the event date. However, these packages do not include gift-bags and other benefits offered to attendees during the event, and the time limit for access to VoD recordings is 3 months calculated from the date of the event/publication of the recordings and not from the date of purchase.

How can I buy more than 1 package?

In the registration, select the "I buy for several people" option, and then choose the appropriate number of packages (one package for one person). After paying for your order, you will receive invitation codes, which you should then give to the people for whom the tickets are intended.

Each participant of the event must create an individual user account - only in this way will he receive access to the platform where the online part of the event takes place, and will be able to download a named invitation entitling him to enter the stationary part. To create an account, go through the registration process, entering the code from the invitation received from the person who paid for the ticket at the first step. After entering the code from the invitation, the price of the corresponding package will be reduced and the person will be able to create an account in the selected package without incurring costs.

How do I use a discount code / invitation code from a group purchase?

The discount code can be used in the registration at https://warszawskiedniinformatyki.pl/registration.html. At the first step of registration, at the bottom of the page, select the option "I have a code from the invitation", and then enter and confirm the code. Once the code is approved, the prices of packages under which the code is valid will be reduced accordingly.

Can I get a proforma or deferred payment invoice?

It is possible to issue a deferred payment invoice. After placing an order and completing the registration, write an email to aleksandra.prychitko@fundacjaap.org.pl. Since this service is completely manual, there is a processing fee of 49 PLN.

Can I get an invoice for the purchase of tickets and additional options?

A named bill is issued for each order to an individual. If you wish to receive a VAT invoice issued to a business entity, instead of a named bill, you are required to select the option "I buy for a company" and provide your Tax Identification Number when registering for the event.

Sales offer for individuals may differ from the offer for business entities.

The title on the sales document (regardless of the options selected) is "Participation in the Warsaw Computer Science Days conference". If you need to put additional annotations on the sales document, during registration you will find a field to enter them.

How do I pick up a t-shirt/blouse (included in the package or purchased as an optional extra)?

T-shirts and sweatshirts, both included in the package and purchased as an additional option, can be picked up at the stationary event.

If it is not possible to pick up in person during the event, in exceptional cases, we provide for the possibility to pick up the T-shirt / sweatshirt, at another time, at a place indicated by the Organizer in the area of Warsaw.

Gdzie odbywa się wydarzenie?

The stationary part of the event will be held in the center of Warsaw, at the Browary Warszawskie. However, due to restrictions, the exact address may be subject to change (in this case we will inform participants by email).

All online elements of the event (access to live streaming, VoD recordings, live chat, Expo virtual exhibition hall) will be available to logged-in users on a dedicated platform.

What are the hours of the event?

The exact times of the event are available in the Agenda.

Is lunch available for participants during the stationary event?

For Standard and Pro package participants, lunch is available as part of the selected conference package. Participants of other packages can purchase lunch as an additional option.

Can I receive a certificate for attending the event?

Yes, each participant of the conference will receive a named certificate certifying participation in the event. The certificate will be available for download after the event in the Participant Account.

Can I enter the MS Tech Expo without registration?

No, to enter the MS Tech Expo you must register and download a free ticket (Expo package available at Registration). During the stationary part of the event, tickets are checked at the entrance. On the other hand, to attend online, you must have an active account, which you set up by registering.

How do I contact exhibitors?
Exhibitors can be contacted through, among others.:

Participation in the Expo is, as always, completely free.
Where to find exhibitor stands?

Exhibitor stands will be located in the corridor next to the presentation rooms and available online (access after logging in User Account).

Who can attend the afterparty?

The afterparty is open to participants in selected packages as well as Exhibitors and Speakers..

We will announce the location of the afterparty closer to the date of the event.
What is Matchmaking?

Matchmaking is a dedicated functionality for Event Participants and Partners to enable networking, message exchange and appointment making between users using it. It is available on the official platform of the event, for logged-in users with appropriate permissions.

Jak mogę skorzystać z Matchmaking'u?
In order to use Matchmaking, you must have the appropriate permissions and create your Public Profile, which will be available to other users.
  • ⚬ Basic package participants can create a Public Profile and be invited to make contact, but they cannot search for other Profiles and actively invite contact themselves.
  • ⚬ Standard and Pro package participants can take full advantage of Matchmaking - create a Public Profile, be invited to make contact, view other users' Profiles and invite them to make contact themselves.

Once contacted, users are given the option to chat individually among themselves.
What is a Public Profile, how can I create one and who will be able to see it?
The Public Profile is your business card, based on which other users will be able to decide whether they want to get in touch with you. You can create it during registration or after logging into your Participant Account on the event platform. It will only be visible to logged-in users who also use Matchmaking and have created their own Public Profile.
Who is the organizer of the event?

The event is organized by Academic Partners Foundation (lead body, formal main organizer).
